In the case of withdrawal, we will immediately delete the relevant data, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place based on consent until the withdrawal.

  • Right to Lodge a Complaint according to Art. 77 DSGVO:
    If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. This complaint can be filed in the member state of your residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.


13.2 Right to Object
If we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, with effect for the future.

  • Exercise of Right to Object:
    If you exercise your right to object, we will cease the processing of the affected data. However, further processing remains possible if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  • Right to Object to Direct Marketing:
    If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes at any time. You can exercise this right as described above.
    If you exercise your right to object, we will cease processing the affected data for direct marketing purposes.


14) Retention Period of Personal Data
The retention period for personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g., commercial and tax retention periods). After the expiration of the retention period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, unless they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or contract initiation and/or we have no legitimate interest in further retention.
